Batch laboratory seed treater for seed breeding

SeedT is a batch laboratory seed treater and coating machine, designed for small-batch treatment in seed breeding and varietal research. It operates automatically on batches from 50 to 1000 g, with high performance and no batch-to-batch mixing.

Overview

The 4.3” colour control panel is easy to use and set up: work in fully automatic mode (recommended) or manual mode. Thanks to the integrated air-suction system and the special internal design, the air vacuum keeps the working area dust-free, clean and healthy for the operator.

Automatically detects the batch weight and applies the defined treatment quantity; the cycle starts as soon as the weight in the hopper is stable.
Loadable seed-treatment recipes, recalled directly from the control panel.
Available in a multi-pump version for applying three different treatment products, also simultaneously.
Adjustable stainless-steel disc rotor speed and adjustable drying, load and discharge times to suit the treatment type.
Integrated air-suction system: dust-free working area, clean and healthy for the operator.
Automata stainless-steel mixing tank: product mixed 24/7, hose always clean and the machine always ready to treat.
Pump recirculation in stand-by to keep the product hose clean.
PLC Ethernet connectivity (LAN RJ45); RS232, USB and Ethernet ports for integration and custom application development.

Applications

Ready to integrate into the seed processing line

SeedT can be integrated into a processing line and coupled with other machines, such as laboratory threshers, sizing and sorting machines. Through an external PC and dedicated apps it can pass weight, treatment quantity, barcode and other data to the customer's systems (on demand).
