Overview

SP1500 is a laboratory sheller designed to reduce process times and improve operator safety. Built to be used by a single operator, it reaches high productivity: less than 20 seconds per kg of seed.

Pneumatic seed conveying and an air-suction system with optimised conveying keep the working area clean and healthy. The ergonomic design (130 cm hopper height), the internal light for inspection and cleaning and the screen to follow the seed flow reduce times and avoid cross-contamination between trials.

Suitable for processing cereals such as wheat, barley, oat and sorghum, legumes such as beans, broad beans, chickpeas, lentils and peas, as well as rice, forage, oilseed and vegetable crops and special seeds. It can also be used to separate the leaves from the stems of medicinal and aromatic plants, including thyme, hyssop, savory, oregano, tarragon, marjoram, peppermint, raspberry, strawberry, nettle and sage.

Designed to be easily fed by a single operator, with an ergonomic hopper at 130 cm height.
